Yıldız Bakır Mining Industry and Trade Inc., operating under the umbrella of Yıldızlar SSS Holding, is dedicated to bringing Turkey’s underground riches to the economy in accordance with international standards. Our company entered the mining sector in 2012 and has established a trusted position by embracing environmental sensitivity and sustainable development principles.

Our Area of Operation

Yıldız Bakır’s production activities are carried out at the site located in the Midi area of Kara Mustafa Village, Central District of Gümüşhane Province. This area, totaling 19,410,700 m², forms the foundation of our company’s resources, while the 847,500 m² enclosed facility area is the heart of the production processes.

Trial production began in August 2011 with a capacity of 150 tons per hour. Over time, capacity and technological infrastructure have been developed to maximize efficiency.

Production Process

At our mine, run-of-mine ore extracted through open-pit and underground mining methods is processed by flotation enrichment. This process results in a gold concentrate based on pyrite (FeS₂). The concentrate obtained is then prepared for gold separation and purification through subsequent processes.

All production steps are carried out based on principles of quality, safety, and environmental impact management.
